科学发展观提出的“以人为本”,不仅具有时代背景,而且也是我国启动新的社会模式的现实需要。对改革开放的理性反思、人的主体作用的彰显、全面建设和谐社会的需要以及建立在现实上的对新社会人的向往,无不要求我们关注人、关怀人,以人为本。

The natural integration between market economy and morality was separated irom the development of market economy, which is a defect of the development of market economy. Market economy is not only the legal economy but the moral economy and it cannot exist without the morality.
