激励机制在大学生思想政治教育中的运用

Application of Motivation System to the College Students' Education of Ideology and Politics

激励机制是大学生思想政治教育激励过程中各要素之间相互联系和相互作用的方式。在大学生思想政治教育中,运用激励机制有助于调动大学生的积极性和自觉性;有助于创设良好教育氛围,增强针对性;有助于加强教育者与大学生之间的理解和沟通。要科学正确地运用激励机制,应注意把握好五条原则。

Motivation system is a form that introduces how the factors occurring in the process of college students＇ education of ideology and politics are interrelated and interacted. In the process of education of ideology and politics, the application of motivation system is helpful for motivating students＇ initiative and self- consciousness;and is helpful for creating a good education reinforcing the aim; and is helpful for strengthening the understanding and communication between the educators and the college students. To apply the motivation system scientifically, five rules should be paid much attentions.
