依靠政策和科技 加快湖北优质油菜产业发展 被引量:3

Depending on the S&T and Policies to Accelerate the Development of Rape Industry in Hubei Province

摘要 国际市场的菜子和菜子油正在对国内形成冲击,湖北省作为中国油菜生产大省,应当依靠科技和政策的力量,通过政策法规建设,加大科技投入和油菜优质新品种、双低菜子检测仪器、油菜饼粕加工等重点关键技术的开发,壮大油菜龙头企业,加快湖北省优质油菜产业的发展。 Domestic market of rapeseed & its oil is being affected by the international one. As a large province in rape production in China, forces of the S&T and policies should be depended on. Moreover, research funds should be increased for studv and development of the vital techniques such as cultivation, new excellent rape varieties, test equipment of double low rapeseed, development of rapeseed feed industry, for livestock raising.
