鱼腥草主要数量性状对地下茎产量的通径分析

Path Analysis on Main Quantitative Traits to Subterranean Stem Weightof Houttuynia cordata

采用湖南省怀化地区野生或人工栽培的鱼腥草品系为试验材料,对其地上茎的分枝数、株高、地下茎的分枝数、地下茎的单位长度重量、叶总重、地上茎总重、地下茎和地上茎直径、地下茎和地上茎节间长、根冠比、地下茎总重等12个数量性状进行了测定。通过相关分析、逐步回归和通径分析,表明地下茎单位长度重量和直径可以作为鱼腥草高产育种的主要选择性状。

The experiments were carried out with 7 varieties of Houttuynia cordatu which were collected from Hunan Huaihua. Twelve quantitative characters were determined included the number of branches under ground（x1）, stem length （x2）, the number of branches above ground （x3）, the proportion of weight and length of subterranean stem（x4）, the weight of leaf（x5）, the weight of terrestrial stem（x6）, the diameter of subterranean stem（x7）, the diameter of terrestrial stem（x8）, the internode＇s length of subterranean stem （x9）, the internode＇s length of terrestrial stem （x10）, the proportion of underground part and aboveground （x10）. the weight of subterranean stem （x12）.The results showed that the proportion of weight and length of subterranean stem and the diameter of subterranean stem could be taken as selection characters for high yield.
