银杏叶提取物体外抑菌效果的比较 被引量:7

摘要 采用超声波细胞粉碎、75%乙醇65℃恒温水浴浸提法制备银杏叶提取物(GBE),选用抗菌药物与GBE对畜禽常见致病菌进行抑菌对比试验。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)对GBE表现为高敏,大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella.multocida)对GBE表现为中敏。GBE对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌最低抑菌浓度分别为0.025、0.025、0.050 g.mL-1。对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果优于庆大霉素、恩诺沙星、磺胺嘧啶、泰乐菌素,对多杀性巴氏杆菌的抑菌效果优于环丙沙星、庆大霉素、磺胺嘧啶、泰乐菌素,但对两种杆菌的抑菌效果均不及链霉素和卡那霉素;对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于卡那霉素,但不及磺胺嘧啶等抗菌药物。 Substance (Gingko biloba,leaves extract, GBE)was extracted from glinkgo leaves using 75% ethanol as solvent under 65℃.Subsequently,Comparison of bacteria-depressing effect of Gingko extract and normal bacteriophages was made. Results showed that S.aureus was highly sensitive to GBE, while E.coli and P.multocida had a medium sensitivity to GBE. The lowest bacteria depressing concentrations of GBE on S.aureus, E.coli and P.multocida were 0.025 g.mL^-1,0.025 g.mL^-1 and 0.050 g.mL^-1 respectively. GBE had a better bacteria depressing effect on E.coli than gentamiein,enrofloxacin,sulfadiazine,tylosin, but inferior to streptomycin and kanamycin, and also better than ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,sulfadiazine,tylosin in depressing P.multocida, but inferior to streptomycin and kanamycin.as depressing S.aureus, GBE was superior to kanamycin, but inferior to sulfadiazine.
