摘要
论述了日本NKK公司生产的NK-HITEN 610U2L钢板的焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验,确定了球罐用此钢的焊接预热温度等焊接规范。分别采用了焊接热影响区最高硬度法、斜Y铁研裂纹法、正Y铁研裂纹法和窗形拘束裂纹法等冷裂纹评定试验方法。
In order to assess the weld of cold sensible cracking of NK-HITEN610U2L steel plate so as to determine preheating temperature of spherical tank constructed using the steel which has been tested,which was made by NKK Company of Japan.cold cracking assessment methods such as the maximum hardness test of weld HAZ, oblique Y-groove cracking test, regular Y-groove cracking test and window-type restraint cracking test are used respectively.
