摘要
在焦冷器转子实际工作过程中,温度应力会产生较大的破坏,分别采用平板和弯板作为中间体对其进行改造,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了热-结构耦合计算,得出了当冷却水的进口温度在50~100℃变化时,焦冷器转子的应力变化情况。根据Miner疲劳损伤累积理论计算出了焦冷器转子的疲劳寿命,计算结果表明,采用弯板为中间体的方案最佳。
The rotor of cooling apparatus for tar was damaged because of temperature stress during its working. Therefore flat and bent plates are respectively used as mean body to improve rotor. ANSYS is used to calculate heat-structure coupling. The stress change of the rotor of cooling apparatus was obtained when the inlet temperature of cooling water varied from 50 ℃ to 100 ℃. Then according to Miner fatigue damage theory, fatigue life of the rotor of cooling apparatus was got. The result shows that bent plate as mean body was optimum.
