3D drawings were plotted by AutoCAD software. An expanding template of any 3D plane of the jacketed equipment educing pipe was obtained quickly. The cause of forming defects during fabrication was analyzed as well. Based on this, a complete set of fabrication technique of the jacketed equipment educing pipe was summarized. The technique includes series of characteris- tics of economy, high efficiency, strong applicability and better effectiveness.
