摘要
采用水力学模拟和正交实验方法,研究了马钢CSP中间包内钢液的流动模式和夹杂物排除情况,提出了中间包内设置挡渣墙和坝流的优化控制方案,并给出了浇注过程中中间包合理液面高度的控制参数。
This paper studies the flow pattern of molten steel and inclusion removal conditions in tundish for Masteel's CSP by hydraulic simulation experiments and orthogonal design. A optimized control scheme of tundish with weir and dam is presented and the control parameters of reasonable molten level in tundish during casting are also given.
