驾训学兵的焦虑情绪变化与心理训练效果的评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查某部驾训士兵的焦虑情绪变化情况,探讨心理训练对其影响.方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),分别在训练前、中、后期对384名士兵进行测试,并分驾训非心理训练组、驾训心理训练组和非训练组进行驾训和心理训练前后的比较.结果:非训练组SAS评分随时间延长而下降;驾训非心理训练组SAS评分在训练前、中、后三个阶段有显著差异,训练前、后较高,训练中期明显降低;驾训心理训练组SAS评分随训练时间延长而下降.驾训心理训练组与驾训非心理训练组之间的SAS评分和焦虑症状检出率均有差异.结论:驾训士兵焦虑情绪发生率受训练影响不明显,心理训练有助于降低驾训士兵的焦虑水平. AIM: To observe the changes of anxiety level in driving trainees and to investigate the effects of psychological training on their mood. METHODS: Three hundred and forty servicemen involved in driving practice were asked to have a test with Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Seale (SAS). Among them, 164 received psychological counseling. Another 44 servicemen who did not take part in driving practice were included as the controls. RESULTS: SAS scores decreased in the time-dependent manner in the control subjects and they varied markedly among driving trainees who did not have psyehological training with a signifieant decrease during the medium term. However, those who were put on psychological training showed a significant decline of SAS. CONCLUSION: The incidence of anxiety in driving trainees is not obviously associated with driving practice. Proper psychological training can help to reduce the anxiety level.
