摘要
文章把水平钻柱看作位于弹性支撑上的两端铰接的轴心受压杆件,利用平衡法对水平井眼中钻柱所能承受的临界载荷进行了分析计算,推导出了水平井眼中钻柱临界压力的计算公式。研究表明,水平钻柱所能承受的临界载荷与屈曲时的半波数有关。而半波数则与钻柱长度、几何参数,材料性质及地层弹性系数有关。
In this paper the horizontal drill stem being looked upon as compressed rod in axis hinged in both side and situated at elastic support, the critical compressive load of horizontal drill stem is analyzed and calculated by static force balance method ,and the formula calculating the critical compressive force is derived. The research indicated that critical load of horizontal drill stem is related with the numbers of half wave when horizontal drill stem buckle. The numbers of half wave are related with the length of drill stem, the nature of geometry and material of drill stem and the rock coefficient.
