摘要
48芯高压接头口母头是在钻井过程中进行油气层测试的重要零件之一,从结构尺寸和制造材料2个方面对其进行优化设计。首先以密封环深度移动距离和密封面圆角半径为设计变量,以最大Von-Mises应力和X、Y、Z方向的位移为状态变量,以母头的总质量为目标函数建立数学模型,经过9次迭代,得出最佳尺寸;然后选取钛合金、不锈钢和镍合金3种材料作为48芯高压接头口母头的制造材料,进行有限元计算;计算结果表明,使用镍合金作为制造材料效果最好。根据计算结果得出了合理的设计方案。
Main joint of 48 core high pressure connections was important part for FCT, had optimum design for it according to structure size and material. First moving distance of pressurized ring and fillet of pressurized area are used as designed variables, maximum Von-Mises stress, displacement of X direction, then Y direction, Z direction are used as status variables, weight are used as objective function found mathematics model, gaining better size through 9 cycles. Then titanium alloy, stainless steel and nickel alloy are chosen as material with finite element calculates. Experiment shows nickel alloy is the best to make it according to calculation result. Finally reasonable designed scheme is obtained.
