Design a multiple parameter portable voice inspected instrument in the core of SPCE061A single chip. First, give out the total design scheme of the system. Then introduce the frequency compress arithmetic SACM-2000 of SPCE061A. At last, discuss detailedly the method of the achievement of the sound on the instrument and the design of the voice program.
