摘要 运用均匀设计的方法,研究了交流电弧稳定性与大理石、硅灰石等药皮辅料的关系,建立了组成不锈钢焊条的11种药皮辅料及其它们之间的交互作用对应于稳弧性的数学模型,该模型可以分析电弧稳定性或控制药皮辅料的配比,并给出了几种药皮辅料交互作用对稳弧性影响规律曲线,可以分析焊条药皮辅料的作用。 By means of uniform designing, the relationship between the alternating current arc stability, of and the coating materials such as the marble, wollastonite etc. was studied. The mathematical model was established between 11 coating materials as well as their interactions and the arc stability of stainless steel electrode. It can be used to analyze the arc stability and control the mixture ratio of coating materials. The regularity curves of several coating materials influencing the arc stability are also given, by which the effects of many coating materials on the arc stability can be analyzed.
