摘要 鉴于目前非刚性轴加工采用单刀车削的问题,为了提高生产率,提出多刀车削成形非刚性轴圆柱表面的数学模型,根据误差敏感方向原理,分析了切削力的径向分量和径向位移,并计算出相应的切削力分量,讨论了切削用量与切削力的关系,建立切削深度的方程和位移方程,最后,以3把车刀切削过程为例进行了模拟,得出了光轴车削过程的规律性。 To solve problems that currently exist in single cutting technology of non - rigid shafts, the mathematical model on the multi - cutting shaping of non - rigid shafts cylindrical surface is proposed to improve the productivity. According to principle of error sensitive orientation, the radial component of the cutting force and radial displacement are analyzed, and the corresponding component of the cutting force is calculated. The relation between the cutting dosage and cutting force has been discussed, and equations for cutting depth and cutting displacement have been established. Taking three cutting for example, the laws of machining process of non - step shafts have been obtained.
