青壮年人脑囊虫病CT与临床表现对照研究

Clinical and CT Manifestationsof Cerebral Cysticercosis and Pathological Studies

本文收集总结了４０例脑囊虫病的临床资料，并对其ＣＴ表现及病理进行了对照分析，其中脑实质型１６例，脑膜型４例，脑室型２例，混合型１８例。作者认为ＣＴ诊断脑囊虫病具有很大的特征性：（１）低密度囊状病灶，（２）高密度点状或结节状病灶（３）低密度囊状病灶壁有点状结节状高密度影。ＣＴ检查在显示脑囊虫的数目。

CT and clinical manifestations of 40 patients with cerebral cysticercosis were analyzed. This series included cerebral parenchymal type 16;meningeal type 4; ventricular type 2 and mixed type 18. Comparison and analysis of CT findings, clinical feature, and pathological classfication of cerebral cysticerosis were made. The main CT features are as follows:(1)Cystic lesions of low density. ( 2) High density punctate and /or nuclular lesions.(3)Low density cystic lesions coexisting with high density punctate or nodular lesions. The authors were of the opinion that CT is more excellent in examining cerebral cysticerosis than others.
