脉冲波疗法用于分娩镇痛的疗效分析

Analysis of Intrapartum Analgesic Effect of GT-4A Pulse Acting Working Station

目的:研究作用于桡神经、正中神经、T10-L1节段脊髓背根神经的脉冲波疗法的镇痛效果及其对产程、分娩方式、产程干预、母儿并发症的影响。方法:133例初产妇随机分成镇痛组(75例)与对照组(58例),镇痛组在产程中使用GT-4A分娩镇痛工作站。观察两组产妇的镇痛效果、产程、分娩方式、产后出血及镇痛对母儿的不良反应等。结果:镇痛组镇痛前后的疼痛评分差异有显著性(P<0.05),镇痛组与对照组剖宫产率及产程中缩宫素应用率差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组的产程差异无显著性(P>0.05),镇痛组母儿均无明显不良反应。结论:该法操作简单,产妇易接受,对母儿无影响,能降低剖宫产率,减少产程干预,是比较理想的分娩镇痛方法。

Objective： Pulse Acting is a kind of analgesic method using electronic pulse as stimulant on musculospiral nerve, median nerve and dorsal root ganglion （T10-L4） of spinal marrow for the production of endogeneous opioid peptide.This study aims at investigating the analgesic effect of Pulse Acting on Intrapartum pain,and its influence on the stages of labor, the way of delivery, the need for medical interventions in the process of labor and the complications of mother and neonates. Methods. 133 primiparous women were randomly divided into two groups. The test group had 75 women whom received analgesia from GT-4A Pulse Acting Working Station;while the control group had 53 women whom received no means of analgesia. The degree of pain, duration of labor, way of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and the adverse effect on both mother and fetus were observed.Results：The degree of pain was significantly reduced by GT-4A Intrapartum Analgesia Working Station （ P 〈 0.05）. The ratio of cesarean section and the frequency of giving oxytocin during labor in test group are decreased compared with control group （P〈0.05） .No adverse effect was observed in either mother nor neonate in test group. Conclusions ： The GT-4A Pulse Acting Working Station could be used as a non-drug analgesic method during labor, because of its significant effect of analgesia and little adverse outcome on either mother or neonate.
