摘要
从实现公民知情权的角度论述了政府信息公开的法理基础,并就如何实现公民知情权提出了自己的看法。
The paper presents the jurisprudential basis of governmental information publicity from the point of citizens＇ right to know, and puts forward his view on how to realize the citizens＇ the right to know.
