Exploring the Psychological Description by Studying the Eye Description in Lu Hsun

鲁迅常常通过对人物眼睛的描写,来刻画作品人物的心理活动、个性特征的内在关系。鲁迅高超的文学手法之一“画眼法”,深刻地惟妙惟肖地活画出人物的心理活动与性格特征。对鲁迅的“画眼法”的探究与评述,可以看到鲁迅作品人物描写的功力。

Lu Hsun describes the internal relationship between the psychological activities and personal characters of people in his novels by eye description. By exploring one of his skillful writing tactics in literature - the eye description - we can have a better understanding of Lu Hsun and how he does it. Here is my research and comment upon Lu Hsun＇ s eye description, through which we can see Lu Hsun＇ s outstanding ability of describing people in his novels.
