玻璃纤维填充聚氨酯泡沫的形态与力学性能 被引量:1

摘要 通过扫描电子显微镜对玻璃纤维(GF)填充硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)泡孔结构和填料分散情况进行了分析,研究了GF对RPUF的微观结构形态、泡孔平均直径的影响;同时研究了GF对RPUF的压缩力学性能的影响和破坏过程,并分析其压缩破坏的机理. The cell structure and morphology of glass fiber (GF) filled rigid PU foams (RPUF) are studied by means of SEM. The effects of GF on the morphological structure of RPUF and the cell average diameter are studied;the effects of GF on the compressive mechanical properties and destruction process are discussed, and the compressive fracture mechanism of the foam is analyzed.
