摘要
大学生的年龄特征决定了其心理的主要特征是尚不成熟、不稳定和不平衡,大学生的心理过程和心理特征处于一个动态的调节过程当中,并由过去的被动调节转为自我调节,本文通过理论分析,探讨如何运用好大学生的这种心理特征,在体育教学中充分激发学生的学习积极性,以使体育教学达到更好效果。
The psychological prematurity, unsteadiness and unbalance of university students are mainly characterized by their former passive psychological process and psychological characteristic of university students are in a dynamic process of adjustment, and now the former passive psychological adjustment is changed into the self- adjustment. The students' initivative of learning in physical education is fully fostered by applying the psychological characteristic of university students in the course, so that the effect of physical education will reach the better.
