聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈病变临床观察

Clinical study on chronic cervicitis treated by focused ultrasound

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗宫颈病变的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2005年4月至2006年2月治疗1606例宫颈病变患者的临床资料。全部病例随机分为两组。1326例采用CZF-1型超声波治疗仪进行聚焦超声治疗,280例采用光谱治疗,于治疗后3～6个月进行临床疗效判定,比较两种治疗方法的副反应与并发症。结果超声聚集组1326例患者,失访150例,余下的1176例患者总的有效率是95.4%;光谱治疗组280例患者,总有效率为95%。两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后阴道流黄色或血性分泌物、结痂等副反应,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。超声聚集组术后宫颈口狭窄、宫颈内膜增生等并发症明显低于光谱治疗组(P<0.01)。结论治疗剂量的超声波可安全有效地治疗慢性宫颈炎,疗效确切,副作用小,术后没有宫颈官狭窄及颈管内膜增生等并发症,是目前治疗慢性宫颈炎(宫颈管增生)的一种较好的有效方法。

Objective To study the curative effect on chronic cervicitis treated by focused ultrasound. Methods The clinical data of 1606 patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital from 2005 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided randomly into two group. 1326 patients （the treatment group） were treated by focused ultrasound. The remaining 280 patients （the control group） received the spectrum treatment. The complication and side effects of the patients were observed. Results 1176 patients in the treatment group received the following-up. The effective rate of treatment group was 95.4%, and the control group was 95%. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the clinical effect （P〉0.05）. However , the incidence rates of cervical straitness, endocervix hyperplasia, vaginal discharge and hemorrhage were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis can be treated effectively by focused ultrasound with no complications, such as cervical straitness and endocervix hyperplasia.
