经尿道电切术联用药物综合治疗女性腺性膀胱炎

Transurethral electroresection corresponding with drugs on female cycstits glandularis

目的探讨提高女性腺性膀胱炎治疗效果的方法。方法回顾性分析我院2001年6月～2005年7月收治83例女性腺性膀胱炎患者的临床资料。结果经尿道电切治疗83例,对合并下尿路梗阻者38例予手术解除,对伴感染者21例同时采用药物治疗,全部病例均联用促进创面上皮生长药物。术后随访3～49个月,平均28个月。治愈72例,改善7例,无效4例。结论采用经尿道电切术为主、联用药物综合治疗女性腺性膀胱炎,同时解除下尿路梗阻和(或)感染,可以较大地提高本病的疗效。

Objetive To study the optimal treatment of female cycstits glandularis. Methods The clinical data ol 83 female patients with cycstits glandularis were analyzed retrospectively. Resnlts Of 83 patients treated by transurethral electroresection, 38 with lower urinary tract obstruction were operated, and 21 with infection took medicine at the same time. The drugs which improved to the transitional cell covering the surface of resection and reduced the surface of resection calcinosa were performed in 83 cases. In the period of following-up with 3-49 months, the symptoms disappeared in 72 cases , released in 16, and had no changes in 2. Cystoscopy showed 79 recovered fully, 3 relapsed , and l developed to adenocarcinoma. Conelnsion Transurethral electroresection is important to the treatment of female cycstits glandularis. The curative effect can be improved when the lower urinary tract obstruction and infection were treated at the same time.
