冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的介入治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的对冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的介入治疗方法及其疗效进行探讨。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2005年7月因心绞痛复发来诊经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉支架内再狭窄52例患者的临床资料。39例冠状动脉支架内再狭窄接受了介入治疗和随访。介入治疗方法包括药物洗脱支架31例,切割球囊5例,球囊扩张3例。切割球囊5例中同时接受放射治疗3例。结果在平均18.7±9.5(6~36)个月随访中,9例有心绞痛或可疑心绞痛发作的患者当中,7例(13.5%)复查了冠状动脉造影,其中,球囊扩张组1例患者心绞痛复发,植入TAXUS支架一枚,未再发心绞痛。1例TAXUS支架植入术后患者,术后9个月发生心肌梗死,冠状动脉造影见支架内完全闭塞,予PTCA治疗,未再发心绞痛。其余患者复查显示无再狭窄发生。结论药物洗脱支架、切割球囊扩张和支架内放射治疗等方法综合治疗冠状动脉支架内再狭窄成功率高,长期随访结果满意。
