摘要
目的研究映山红总黄酮(TFR)的镇痛作用。方法TFR(50、100、200mg/kg.d-1,3d)ig,采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠福尔马林实验、小鼠温浴法及小鼠热板法。结果ig TFR(100、200mg/kg)可明显抑制小鼠扭体反应数及小鼠福尔马林实验Ⅱ相反应,ig100mg/kg可延长小鼠热水缩尾时间,ig200mg/kg可延长小鼠热板舔足反应潜伏期。icv TFR(5、10mg/kg)可明显抑制小鼠扭体反应数。结论TFR具有明显的镇痛作用,而且其镇痛机制至少部分有中枢参与。
Objective To study the analgesic effects of total flavone of rhododendron (TFR). Methods In the writhing, hot-plate, tail-immersion test, and formalin test in mice, the analgesic effects of TFR were observed. Results Ig TFR 100,200 mg/kg remarkedly inhibited the pain of mice in the formalin test and reduced the number of the writhing, 200 mg/kg TFR prolonged the latencies of foot-licking as well as inhibited tail-curling reaction in mice. Icv TFR 5,10 mg/kg remarkedly reduced the number of the writhing. Conclusion TFR has the analgesic effect. The central mechanism is partially involved in the analgesic effect of TFR.
