摘要
目的观察柚皮素对大鼠居灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法应用3种不同剂量的柚皮素灌服2周后,采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定缺血2h再灌注24h后脑含水量、脑梗死体积和脑组织中MDA含量、SOD活性。结果柚皮素可显著降低大鼠缺血再灌注损伤侧脑组织含水量、显著缩小脑梗死体积、降低脑组织MDA含量,提高SOD活性。结论柚皮素对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,其脑保护机制可能与清除自由基有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of naringenin(NG) on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The treatment groups were given three different doses of NG for 2 weeks before cerebral ischemia. The animal model of the right middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion ischemia reperfusion was established using suture. The changes of cerebral water content, volume of the cerebral infarction and MDA content, SOD activity in brain were observed after cerebral ishemia 2 h followed by reperfusion 24 h. Results NG significantly decreased the cerebral water content, reduced the volume of cerebral infarction of the impaired brain hemisphere, lowered the level of MDA and improved the activity of SOD in brain. Conclusion NG has protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats, and its mechanism may relate with its effective scavenging of free radicals.
