摘要
结合激光测量技术和图像处理技术,文章提出了一种基于图像处理的高速电梯导轨横向变形的检测方法。通过最大值滤波、图像腐蚀、图像膨胀、OTSU二值化、Canny变换寻找轮廓、最小二乘法椭圆最小二乘拟合与优选等方法,完全可以确定激光光斑的中心位置,然后就可以对导轨的垂直度进行调整,从而大大提高了电梯导轨检测的范围和精度。实验结果表明:该方法具有较高的精度和效率。
A new scheme is presented that the verticality of elevator's guide way is measured by combining laser technology with image processing technology.Several images processing technology is used to position the center of laser image,such as maximum filter,OTSU binarization,Canny transform,etc.the adjustment is made by the measurement.The verticality of elevator's guide way can be measured and adjusted quickly and accurately.
