摘要
取正常Wistar大鼠,用福氏痢疾杆菌及福氏完全佐剂免疫动物,免疫成熟后处死取材。石腊切片,ABC法染色,DAB显色。光镜下观察下丘脑弓状核促肾上腺皮质激素样免疫反应和β-内啡肽样免疫反应阳性细胞的形态、分布和计数。图像分析仪测其灰度值。结果提示免疫老龄鼠神经内分泌与免疫系统间的调节功能紊乱,可能是引起老龄鼠免疫力低下的原因之一。
In order to study the correlative changes between ACTH-ir and β-END-ir cells of the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus male and female,were used.The amimals were immuniszed by artificial active immunity with the mixture of Shengilla Flexner(F1b) and Freund's comolete adjuvant.After immunity maturation,the animals were killed.the blocks cntaining hypothalamus were obtained, dehydrated and embedded in paraffin.The sections were stained with ABC immunohistochemical tech nique and were coloured by DAB. The morphology, distribution and numbers of ACTH-ir and β-END-ir cells of the arcuate nucleus were observed and quantified under microscope.The light values of positive edlls were measured with Image Analyser.The results suggest that the disorder of the secretion of hypothalamus as well as the disturbance of the modulation neuroendocrine and immune systen are one of the reasons why the aged rats have a lower capability of resisting illness.
