轮对等级镟修对车辆平稳性的影响分析

Influence of Wheelset-class-lathing on Vehicle Stability

通过在线试验,测试了不同等级镟修后轮对、构架、车体的振动加速度,采用sperling公式将车体加速度换算成车辆横向、垂向平稳性指标。统计数据表明:按轮缘厚度的不同进行车轮等级镟修,改变了轮缘顶部与轨头侧面接触时的轮轨接触位置和轮轨关系,但对车辆平稳性影响不大,对车辆乘坐振动舒适性基本没有影响。

Based on the investigation data from the vehicle overhaul, this paper analyses the dynamic performance of the worn profile tread rail-wheel by online test. and holds that the wheelset class-lathing has less influence on the vehicle stability, it has almost no impact on the passengers either.
