摘要
盾构管片在地面上拼装成环后再吊下组装是此前没有见诸报道的新工艺。通过一工程实例介绍了其实施的方法、实施效果,以及出现的问题及其补救措施和改进后的效果等,并对整环拼装隧道结构的补强、防水处理措施等作了介绍,为类似工程的施工提供了经验。
A new technique is practiced in the EPB shield tunneling construction, which erected the ring in whole on the ground and then hung the ring down to the tunnel. This paper takes an example to show the key steps of this new technique, discusses the problems in the construction process, such as waterproof and reinforcement, and the experiences gained in the construction engineering.
