摘要
本文探讨了渗碳齿轮接触应力的计算方法,分析了试件接触疲劳裂纹的产生机理。确认接触疲劳强度取决于接触应力和材料抗剪强度的综合作用。A(τ_(yz)/HV)极大值位置与疲劳裂纹产生的位置一致。
In this paper the computative method of the teeth contact stress of carburized gears is described and the mechanism of forming fatigue crack analysed. The contact fatique strength is a function of both contact stress and shear strength of the material,and the position of the maximum of the function A(τ_(yz)/HV) is consistent with the place of the fatigue crack formed.
