摘要
针对新疆中小流域洪水特点,充分借鉴其他水库防洪预报调度系统的成功经验,利用决策支持系统理论,建立了新疆中小流域水库洪水预报调度决策支持系统。系统被划分为人机接口层、系统应用层和系统支撑层三个层次。新疆农九师水库洪水预报调度决策支持系统的开发和研制,充分体现了先进性与实用性、安全性与可靠性、标准化与开放性以及完整性与一致性相结合的原则,运行中达到了满意的预期效果。
With the features of small basin in Xinjiang in mind, the authors adequately use the success experience of other reservoir flood forecast and operation system as reference, establishes the decision-making support system of Xinjiang small basin flood forecast and operation by using the theory of decision support system. This system is partitioned into three layers, namely, operator/machine interaction interface layer, system application layer, system support layer. This paper takes Nong Jiu Shi as an example to introduce its" frame structure and basic function. Principle of advanced and practicality, safety and reliability, standardization and opening, integrality and consistency is embodied in the development and research course of this system and satisfying contemplated purpose is gained in its operation.
