摘要
由于水电站发电能力在各时段分布不均且水电可变成本难以界定,在电力市场环境下水电商如何合理竞价成为困扰学术界和发电商的一个问题。为此,对水值的基本概念进行了研究,给出了水值理论推导公式;并用实例说明了水值曲线的合理性。将其应用于水电商的报价策略研究,对水电商报价策略的制定可起一定的指导作用,可作为一种初级报价策略。
As the potential generation distribution of hydropower station is uneven in different time steps and the difficulty of defining variable cost of hydropower, the bidding strategy of hydropower producer becomes a key issue. Therefor the concept of water value is firstly introduced, the theory function of water value is also deduced. And then the validity of water value curve is proved by giving a real one. Finally, the water value is applied to studying on bidding strategy of hydropower producer, which can guide the bidding strategy of hydropower producer and can serve as a junior bidding strategy.
