摘要
为了提高船用减速器齿轮的寿命和可靠性,探讨新型渗碳淬火材料20CrMnTi钢在船舶上广泛应用的可能性,本文就渗碳淬火齿轮的承载能力和制约其承载能力的因素进行了理论的和实验的研究。揭示了表面硬化齿轮常见失效形式;齿面疲劳剥落、塑性变形和磨损的机理;给出了硬齿面齿轮产生上述现象令人信服的解释,为20CrMnTi钢在船舶上的应用提供了可靠的依据。
In order to improve the service life and reliability of the ship gearbox and to research on the possibility of application of 20 CrMnTi (a new kind of carburized case-hardened material)to a ship,the load capacity and its limiting factors of carburized case-hardened gear are analysed and some experiments have been made. Common deliciency forms of surface hardened gear and mechanisms of fatigue crack, plastic deformation and wear are described. The explanation of the above phenomena produced by hardened surface gear is believable, which provides reliable data for applying 20 CrMnTi steel to ship gears.
