摘要
针对李家峡水电站4号机组调速器进行由集成块式机械液压系统改进为全液控随动系统进行了详细的总结,介绍了改进后的全液控随动系统全新的结构和工作原理、现场试验结果,并对存在的问题进行了分析,结论证明改进后的调速器结构简单,操作方便,运行良好。
The paper dicussing the construction and operation of the completely hydraulic servomechanism are introduced, including the analysis of the site test results and some problems of the new system. The author has summarized the improvement from integrated block based mechanical hydraulic system to the completely hydraulic servomechanism on Lijiaxia No.4 governor unit. Easy structure and fit operation and steady commisioning, what conclusion have been proved after the change.
