高压氧配合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察及护理

Effect observation and nursing of hyperbaric oxygen with normal drug on treating sudden deafness

目的：探讨提高突发性耳聋疗效的方法。方法：将2005年2—9月确诊为突发性耳聋的37例患者作为治疗组，将2005年2-9月确诊为突发性耳聋的33例患者作为对照组，治疗组给予高压氧配合常规药物治疗，对照组只给予常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果：两组临床总有效率分别为89．19％和66．67％，两组差异显著（P〈0．05），无1例并发症发生。结论：高压氧配合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋可明显提高疗效，治疗中加强护理有较高的安全性。

Objective：To discuss the method of improving the curative effect on treating sudden deafness. Methods：70 patients of sudden deafheSS were divided into treatment group （n = 37） and control group（n = 33） .There were 37 patients in the hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine group,while other 33 patients in normal drug group. Results ： The total effective rate were 89.1 percent and 66.7 percent .There was significant difference difference between two groups（p 〈 0.05）. No side effect was observed. Conclusion：It shows that using hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine on treating sudden deafness can improve the curative effect and has high security in the treatment strengthens nursing.
