我国房地产业的高速发展使全国人民的住房条件得到了普遍改善。然而,在房地产业成为国民经济支柱产业的同时,还存在着一些突出的矛盾和问题。虽然经过去年的宏观调控,但问题仍未解决。本文以今年5月17日、5月29日国务院发布的“国六条”和九部委的“十五条”的新一轮房地产宏观调控为中心内容,分析新政下我国房地产的市场走势。

The rapid development of the real estate industry has universally improved people housing condition national wide. However, there are also some prominent contradictions and problems while growing up as a pillar industry of national economy. Although the industry has suffered macroeconomic regulation and control last year, but the problems have not been solved. This article takes the new turn of real estate macroeconomic regulation and control brought by the State Council issues ＂six clauses＂ on May 17 and nine ministries and commissions 5 clauses on May 29 as the central content to analyze the real estate market trend.
