Analysis of DNA Content of the Tumors of the Salivary Glands

采用ＯＰＴＯＮ－Ⅲ型显微分光光度计扫描测定法对１５例涎腺肿瘤细胞核ＤＮＡ含量进行了测定。组方图分析结果有三种形式：单峰型、多峰型和组合型。本文还讨论了瘤细胞核ＤＮＡ测定对区分良恶性涎腺肿瘤的价值。

Fifteen cases of the tumors of the salivary glands were studied under OPTON type Ⅲ microspectrophotometer to determ me t he DNA content of t h e t umor cells. There we re 3 types ofhistograms, namely: single-peak type, multi-peak type and combined type. Their significance in biological features was discussed.
