摘要
本研究对56例额顶叶肿瘤测定了短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SLSEPs),包括胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、恶性脑膜瘤、转移瘤等。发现额叶肿瘤的SLSEPs以P22-N30异常为主,顶叶肿瘤的SLSEPs以N20-N25异常为主。肿瘤同时累及额顶叶者则往往P22-N30和N20-P25均有异常。结果表明,P22和N30的神经发生源不同,两者分别起源于中央前回和中央后回。SLSEPs的测试对额顶叶肿瘤的定位诊断有较高的应用价值。
In this study, SLSEPs of 56 patients with frontoparietal tumors, including gliomas,meningiomas,malignant meningiomas, metastatic tumors and so on,were determined. It wasfund that SLSEPs of frontal tumors were abnormal mainly in P22-N30,and those of parietaltumors in N20-P25. SLSEPs of frontoparietal tumors were often abnormals in P22-N30 and N20-P25. The result of the study suggested that nervous origins of P22 and N30 were different. Theformer originated from precentral gyurs,the later from postcentral gyurs. The determinationof SLSEPs has significant value in the diagnosis of defining the sites of frontoparietal tumors.
