将ARPA信息以语音的形式输出,可使驾驶员更方便地获得信息.本文介绍了“船用导航雷达ARPA语音输出终端”的功能,对系统作出设计和分析,提出了基于LPC法的语音合成技术.
A Marine Radar ARPA Speech Terminal has been designed,by means of which an officer can get information from ARPA more conveniently. This paper resents the function, principle, speech synthesis method and experiments.
