摘要
本文用透射电镜研究了40CrNiMoA钢离子渗氮层的微观组织结构.确定了化合物层中ε相与γ'相取向关系:{0001}_ε//{111}_(γ');<1(?)10>_ε//<1(?)0>_(γ').发现并讨论了扩散层的N原子有序偏聚现象.通过ε相超点阵衍射证实了以氮原子为六方点阵主体的ε相结构模型.探讨了渗层形成特点及相变机理.
The ion-nitriding layer microstructure of 40CrNiMoA has been studied with TEM. The orientation relationship of e phase and r' phase in compound layer has been determined. The phemo-menon of clustering ordering rich in N atoms has been discovered in diffuse layer and discussed. The e phase model in which N atoms are on the lattice of hep has been verified. The forming characters and tran ormation of penetrating layer are discussed.
