介绍一种新型绕线机的设计,主要讲述了该绕线机基于速度PD调节器和绕线机位置闭环控制算法的设计,给出了算法设计的框图和系统设计的整体框图。
A new intelligent coiling-machine is presented. How to design the coiling-machine's PD adjuster and how to control coiling-machine by its position close-loop are discussed mainly. Also the main design of the controlling method and the system frame are offered.
