摘要
供应链是由作为自治实体的供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商的连续性供应、生产、销售活动和物流服务企业的离散性运输活动相互作用而组成的混合系统。传统把供应链作为离散事件系统进行建模与仿真,这种方法不能很好地反映系统的动态复杂性。现采用离散变量与连续变量相结合的建模方法,运用混合Petri网对供应链进行了仿真,证明了其优于离散Petri网仿真。
Supply chain is a hybrid dynamic system composed of continuous variable such as supply, production, saleroom performed by self-government enterprises such as supplier, manufactruer, distributor and retailer, discrete variable such as transportation performed by logistics enterprise. Traditional method of modeling and simulation of supply chain looking supply chain as discrete event system can' t reflect systemic dynamic complexity. A hybrid Petri net model of supply chain is builds with a discete-continuous combined modling approach, simulates the dynamic behavior and proves the advantage to discrete Petri net simulation.
