摘要
在分析营销人员素质构成的基础上,利用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价原理建立了营销人员素质的模糊评价模型,对定性的指标进行了定量化处理,将定性的评价结果统一转换为定量的结果,提高了企业招聘、考核及培训营销人员科学性。
