党的先进性建设的关键 “化理论为方法、化理论为德性”

"To Change Theories into Methods, to Transform Theories into Virtues"——Key to the Party's Advancement Construction

党的先进性建设,是把当代中国马克思主义的理论成果,化为全党干部与广大党员的意志和行动的中间环节;我们必须“化理论为方法”,从方法论上看,就是要确立动态平衡地解决矛盾的方法论原则;但更关键的是“化理论为德性”,树立“以人为本”的价值观,在建设社会主义市场经济的过程中坚持共产党人的价值立场和道德操守。

The construction of the Party's advancement is a link that transforms the contemporary theoretical achievements of China's Marxism into the will and action of the cadres and members of the party. Consequently we must 'change theories into methods,' that is, to establish methodological principles that solve contradictions in a dynamic and balanced way. However, the more important point is that we must 'transform theories into virtues', to set up values that place man the first and stick to the philosophical position and moral integrity of the Communist Party Members in the construction course of socialist market economy.
