摘要
目的:探讨工读学校学生自我效能、应对方式和二者之间的关系。方法:选取上海市工读学校140名初中学生作为被试,采用集体施测的方式,进行《一般自我效能量表》和《应对方式问卷》的测验。结果:(1)工读学生自我效能的性别差异非常显著;初中二年级学生的自我效能明显低于其他两个年级。(2)工读学生最常采用的应对方式是解决问题、幻想和退避。(3)工读学生自我效能可以通过初二年级、退避、解决问题、性别进行预测。结论:工读学生自我效能和应对方式之间密切相关。
Objective : To explore self- efficacy and coping styles of reform school students and the relationship between them. Method: 140 junior high school students in reform schools in Shanghai are measured using general self- efficacy scale and a questionnaire of coping style. Results : ( 1 ) There is significant gender difference in self- efficacy of reform school students; self- efficacy of students in the second grade is significantly lower than that of students in the other two grades. (2) Coping styles that are usually used by reform school students are problem - solving, fantasy and escaping. (3) Self- efficacy of reform school students can be predicted through the second grade, escaping, problem - solving and gender. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between self- efficacy and coping styles of reform school students.
