摘要
介绍了一种将微波消化与分光光度法联用,快速测定人发中铝含量的新方法.在选定的实验条件下,测定铝离子的线性范围为:0~3.5μg/ml,其相对标准偏差为5.1%(n=6),回收率为99.3%。经30例正常人发铝含量分析,结果((?)±s)为16.9±9.6μg/g,与文献值基本一致。本法比目前其它方法更简单、更快速,可作为人体内铝水平的检测指标。
This paper describes a new method for quick measurement of the content of aluminium in human hair with microwave digestion-spectrophotometry. Under the experimental condition specified,the calibration for aluminium is linear in the concentration from 0 -3. 5μg/ml. The relative standard deviation and the recovery rate in analysing aluminium in hair were 5. 1%(n = 6)and 99. 3%,respectively. The average content of aluminium(x±s)in hair of 30 healthy volunteers is 16. 9±9. 6μg/g,which consists with the literature value basically. The method is simpler and quicker than any other analytical methods at present, and can be used in the measurement of trace target of aluminium in human body.
