摘要
采用反相HPLC法对复方联苯双酯片中联苯双酯和肌苷二组分进行测定,色谱柱为ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-水溶液(70:30),检测波长254 nm,外标法定量。该两组分的回收率分别为98.6％和99.1％,RSD不大于1.2％(n=5)。
This paper describes the RP-HPLC determination of bifendate and inosine in the compound tablets. An ODS column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water(70 :30),the detection wavelength was 254nm. An external standard method was used for determination. The rates of recovery were 98. 6% for bifendate and 99. 1% for inosine with RSD not more than 1. 2% (n = 6).
