摘要
48例老年性阴道炎妇女随机分为维尼安与乙菧酚治疗组,阴道给药2周后治愈率分别为95.8％和91.7％,总有效率分别为96.7％和93.0％,两组无明显差异。两组的阴道分泌物清洁度好转率(由Ⅲ、Ⅳ好转为Ⅰ、Ⅱ)前者为76.9％,后者是80.0％,无明显差异。说明维尼安治疗老年性阴道炎疗效与乙菧酚相同外尚有用药次数少,副作用小等优点,可考虑临床推广。
48 cases of senile vanginitis were randomly divided into nylestriol and diethyl-stilbestrol groups. Two weeks after using drugs in vagine,the cure rates are 95. 8% and 91. 7% respectively, the total effective rates are 96. 7% and 93% respectively, and there is no significant difference between them. The improvement rate of cleaning degree of vaginal secretion in the former group is 76. 9%,while that in the latter is 80%. There is no significant differe, either. The result suggested that to vaginitis nylestriol has such advantages as smaller dosage and fewer side effect besides having the same curative effect as diethylstilbestrol. It may be used clinically.
