摘要
１９９０年５月～１９９３年１０月我院进行宫腔镜手术１２１例，术前及术后各肌注先锋必１ｇ，分为先锋必组；将１９９４年３月～１２月行宫腔镜手术且术后静滴美士灵２ｇ的９９例，分为美士灵组。两组分别测试术后３ｄ体温，将正常体温、低温、中温及高温的分布进行ｘ２检验，Ｐ＜０．００１，有显著性差异。提出美士灵对盆腔手术预防感染疗效高，使用简便，不良反应少，在妇科领域具有广泛的用途。
IM cefobid was used to prevent pre and post operation infection in 121 cases of hysteroscopic surgery and iv meicelin was used to prevent post operation infection in another 99 cases of hysteroscopic surgery.The infectious prevention effects of the two groups were analyzed by body temperature measured within 3 days after opreation.Results showed that statistically significant difference exist between cefobid and meicelin group.Meicelin is superior to cefobid in infectious prevention in hysteroscopic surgery.
